Every bread and pastry is carefully made using artisanal techniques and the finest ingredients, with no unnecessary additives. From slowly fermented sourdough to traditionally baked challah, our breads are crafted to bring out the fullest flavor and ideal texture. Our cakes and cookies combine classic recipes with modern twists for a truly exceptional experience without artificial colors or flavors, allowing their natural tastes and delicate textures to shine.
We Deliver!
Freshly baked breads and pastries delivered straight to your door. Enjoy free delivery in Coolidge Corner on orders of $50 or more, and throughout Brookline on orders of $80 or more for a limited time for our opening.
Deliveries are made on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, generally in the morning, though timing may vary. Pre-order your favorites, including breads, cakes, and cookies, and have them waiting fresh and ready to savor at your doorstep.
The Ingredients
Artisanal values go beyond traditional baking techniques and shape every choice we make. Our breads are always made with high quality olive oil, while our cakes and cookies use butter, grape seed oil, or olive oil, only ingredients that meet our standards of quality. Whenever a product contains something we would not want in our own food, we make it ourselves using clean, high quality ingredients free from unnecessary additives, from nut pastes and sprinkles to our house made gianduja (hazelnut chocolate). Every detail reflects our commitment to genuine flavor and craftsmanship.
